Bans the worst toxic ingredients in personal care and cosmetic products, focused on those that disproportionately harm women and people of color.
Multisector pfas ban

Bans PFAS in architectural paint, cleaning products (including air care, automotive and floor polish and maintenance), cookware, fabric treatment, rugs, ski wax, and textiles.
PFAS in Menstrual Products

Bans toxic chemicals (PFAS, formaldehyde, etc.) in menstrual products (pads, tampons, liners, douches, etc.)
Packaging Reduction and recycling INfrastructure Act

This policy will reduce packaging waste, increase recycling, eliminate toxic chemicals in packaging, reduces greenhouse gas emissions, and saves local governments and taxpayers money.
